Can I come pick up my items instead of having them delivered?​
Yes! If you want to pick up your order instead of having us deliver to you, we're happy to help. Let us know beforehand what day you want to schedule, and we'll have your items ready for you. If your order contains items such as tables, chairs, or other large items, please bring a suitable vehicle.

How long do I have until I have to return my items?
All orders have a base rent time of three days. If you pick up your items on a Monday, you have until Wednesday to return them.​
If I'm picking up my items, what do I need to bring?​
A valid driver's license and (unless you have already paid) some form of payment (credit card preferred).
What if one of my rented items is damaged in some way?
Contact us immediately! We'd be happy to send out a replacement for a broken item, especially if it is a food-related rental or common rentals (table/chairs).

What does the rental process look like?
Give us a call or come visit us, and we'll talk about what you want/need for your event. We will make and send you a quote to look over. Once you give us the thumbs up, we'll reserve your items to make sure that you're guaranteed to have your items on time and have you pay a 25% deposit.​
