A Grand Affair’s material handling, or “drayage”, service provides the facilities, equipment, & manpower to manage the receiving and storing of freight for your Davis or UC Davis event. A completed contract and payment must be recieved before we can accept shipment of your materials.
1. Completing inbound carrier's receiving documents (accepting shipments on your behalf).
2. Storage of advance shipments up to 15 days prior to the event (longer periods by prior arrangement).
3. Delivery of the materials to your booth/event location.
4. Removal & storage of shipping containers and extra products at secured nearby warehouse.
5. Return of shipping containers & pickup of goods from your booth/location upon conclusion of the event.
6.Completing outbound carrier's shipping documents.
